SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The products acquired by the user will be sent via a transport agency. Any order will be immediately processed and prepared, so any extension of it will be considered as a new order.
Once the payment of the order is confirmed, one business day is necessary for its preparation and handling. The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the customer within an approximate period of 48/72 hours for the Peninsula.

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 hours. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Transportation times: delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as adverse weather conditions or strikes. The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of purchase. The prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

Returns
It is important to check the merchandise as soon as you receive it, since any anomaly or damage must be notified within a maximum period of 48 hours, from the receipt of the merchandise for transport insurance purposes.
Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or transport issues.

The consumer must return the product to the postal address indicated in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions of Use, carriage forward, within a maximum period of 14 days from the day following the day on which they communicate their decision to return to DANIEL VEIGA VITALE.

DANIEL VEIGA VITALE will reimburse the consumer for the shipping costs that the consumer has assumed, within a period of 14 days from the consumer’s communication, unless the consumer returns a used product, without its original packaging or in some way deteriorated (with the exception of the use made as proof to make a decision about its final acquisition). In which case, DANIEL VEIGA VITALE reserves the right to claim compensation. DANIEL VEIGA VITALE may withhold the refund until receiving the product or until proof of return is provided.

DANIEL VEIGA VITALE will not be responsible for a loss or destruction of the product attributable to the consumer. In these cases, the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer will be denied.

The services provided by the portal for the generality of users are free and merely informative, so they do not require any action for their termination, only the mere will of the user not to visit the PORTAL.
